Role Responsibilities:

As a Burntsand consultant, your duties will include interacting with user, business and executive groups to help define the client's needs and translating those needs into a solution of value. As a partner to our clients, we do what is necessary to help them be a success. Participate in SharePoint Design - Consult with customers to identify SharePoint requirements.
Design and configure SharePoint installations.
Develop and implement workflow solutions based on Windows Workflow engine.
Develop and implement InfoPath forms / Form Server solutions.
Participate in .NET development within the SharePoint framework.

Role Requirements:

Experience with Microsoft Centric Projects - 4+ years.
Overall development experience - 6+ years.
Experience with .NET servers and tools required.
Prior consulting / contracting experience.
Web site design and development experience in a Microsoft environment.
Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) in Computer Science or related field.
Solid understanding of Microsoft Information Worker principles including supporting technologies such as SharePoint (Windows SharePoint Services v2 & v3, SharePoint Portal Server 2003, Office SharePoint Server 2007, Office System, InfoPath and Forms Services).
SharePoint development experience required: e.g. development of custom Web Parts, CAML customization.
Experience with using WSS (Windows SharePoint Services) sites in conjunction with SPS (SharePoint Portal Server) preferred.
ASP.NET utilized on 2+ projects or for at least 2 years.
VB.NET or C# utilized on 2+ projects or for at least 2 years.
Microsoft T-SQL utilized on 4+ projects or for at least 4 years.
Diplomacy (all great consultants display this trait).
Technically adept (you have current skills and are able to deploy them across a variety of projects and solutions).
Communication (you can converse with customer and team members of all levels).
Commitment (to your customer, your team and your project).
