Position Title: Microsoft .NET Senior Consultant / Developer

Location: Boston

Your duties will include interacting with user, business and executive groups to help define the client's needs and translating those needs into a solution of value. As a partner to our client's we do what is necessary to help them be a success. General Experience:

4+ years of Microsoft Centric Projects with 6+ years of overall development experience
At least two years experience programming in Microsoft Visual Studio .Net (2005), C#.Net, C++, SQL
Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) in Computer Science or related field

Specific Experience:

Winforms/Webforms development
MS SharePoint Portal Server (SPS) development ( minimum of SPS 2003)
MS Content Management Server (MCMS)
MS BizTalk Server Utilized
Microsoft Solution Framework (MSF)
Minimum of .NET 2.0 Framework experience (preferably 3.0 or 3.5)
eXtreme / Agile methodology

Development Languages:

ASP.NET Utilized on 2+ projects or for at least 2 years
VB.NET or C# Utilized on 2+ projects or for at least 2 years
Microsoft T-SQL Utilized on 4+ projects or for at least 4 years

Servers:

MS SQL Server 2000 Utilized on 4+ projects or for at least 4 years

Process:

UML Modeling Experience

Certifications: (one of the following)

Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP)
Microsoft Certified Application Developer (MCAD)
Microsoft Certified Solution Developer (MCSD)

Soft Skills:

Diplomatic (all great consultants display this trait)
Technically adept (you have current skills and are able to deploy them across a variety of projects and solutions)
Communication (you can converse with customer and team members of all levels)
Committed (to your customer, your team and your project)
